"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."– Paul in Romans 8:38-39
Christians, I am reading of the Copts, are yet still having a difficult time. Whenever events are like that, so terrible, I suspect it is evidence for something completely different, strong and glorious somewhere in the background motivation.
My introductory understanding tells me there is evidence the Copts trace their founding to Mark soon after the time of Jesus Christ. This is an example of the flowing and changing of different histories mixing together that I posted earlier.
History should not be treated as separate stories was my view. This also reflects on the interaction of groups and how they evolved historically under the competing impressions of differing points of view..
