Utopias exist in small pastures
The letters top in utopia and dystopia are, I understand, from the Greek meaning place. Utopias, a spelling coined by Thomas More, means literally no place. The root word dystopia means bad place. A dystopia is the opposite of a utopia which, sooner than later, itself will turn into a dystopia. Utopia, as spelled by More, is a pun. Dys, by all appearances, is what humans do, driven by the obsessive-compulsive need to control. Everything outside the dystopian utopia was created by existence, which is to say Who God is, Existence. More on this theme in I Am.
