Time is fooling us all. Perhaps every single one of us! Many live as if there is a future but as we get older we will be just older but won't notice all that much. In order to keep my longer term viewpoint active upstairs in my puzzle factory, I have best advised myself to read the Bible.

Eternity is compared only to itself?

Reading the more meaningful verses, relevant to myself, is the only way I am told I will gain faith. There is an instinctual idea in my brain that we can control the seen world with our psychologically spiritual tools, like faith, attributes of the unseen.

All the seen worlds hang on nothing. They are attracted by those bodies that have a greater mass. Just like us human beings. There are those who have greater charisma than others. It is the others who are attracted into the orbits of those with greater charismatic mass.

I feel certain the similar tendencies involving the seen bodies apparently hanging on nothing are extended similarly in the unseen world. Meanwhile my eye is on the clock, time for me to (get ready) to go. It is better to keep a footstep ahead of the clock than to wonder where the time went.

Is each day a rehearsal for our entire lifetime? And while we sleep, everyone dreams, even if it is soon forgotten. And these dreams seem so real at the time. But upon looking back on remembered dreams, 

I wonder why it appeared so real then and afterward so sparsely plausible upon remembrance. It is just like, I believe, we are being shown each day a lifetime. We are living now in a strange dreamlike scenario telling us how it is going to happen going forward. Is it preparing us for the future in some way? We see now as through a lens darkly but soon face to face?

All things seen came from the unseen

Some people cannot conceive of a spiritual situation, I guess because they cannot see it. 

Still, they are quite often found in church circles. Strong believers in various viewpoints they nevertheless cannot relate to the existence of spirit. Everything for them is seen. The unseen they cannot see.

Beware murky spirits.

The theme of Jesus ministry was the Spirit, both each person's spirit and the Holy Spirit. There are many benign spirits but predominantly one is concerned with the very good spirits on a continuum to the very bad, including the worst spirits, demons. They can completely take over an unguarded person's spirit and their personality entirely. Demons can recite the Lord's Prayer backwards because they are the opposite.  For this reason I lean away from anything backwards.

I do not myself want any truck with demons or throwing out demon possession. Lewis in the Screwtape Letters is as far as my curiosities go with all that. 

There are those with psychic abilities but I advise anyone not to engage any interest in the entire field because it is not only unfruitful and dangerous, but anything not connected directly to Jesus I would not trust whatever. I also regulate much of the benign portions of mediums as parlor tricks and essentially entertainment.

Speaking, like God "says"

 I think it best to follow whatever you believe in. If I believe in God, than I think and do things the best I can just like Him. 

Observe Jesus how did He act and talk when someone wanted to be healed. I think it best to try and follow His lead. 

Lou Gehrig Headstone

 Long after his headstone was erected, when he was 38, visitors have left mementos. I learned upon my visit that the grounds keepers clear it off monthly. Everything has been left at one time or another. Ball caps, baseballs, scorecards, etc. 

You can view the full Mt. Kensico Cemetery scene in Memory Stones, if you scale down, you will find the Gehrig stone, shown there among other celebrities. What is curious I thought, was that his and his wife's ashes are said to be contained the center of the stone inside, in what appears to be a copper enclosure. Unusual, if true.

Also, I recently became aware that he played after Babe Ruth left the Yankees, which never occurred to me, During this period, before the disease struck him down, he played better than previously alongside Ruth, it was said. End of the day

 Rambling Road

The road gets darker toward the end of the day. And, as I am likely to do, constantly on watch if change should come suddenly, since no one knows, I cannot avoid, when the blow may fall. I think I would be more confident in my belief if I not had so much time idly spent. But how impressed can God be without time on His heels, like I am now. 

It is good to have hope

I remember being quite impatient with the Holy Spirit who did not seem to be the kind to waste words. My answer, all the time, was sitting there right in front of me and I had no idea it was so obvious. I am so thankful for this late chance to work things out. 

The rapidly increasing painful  road getting there is where the dread lies waiting. Unbeknownst to me, the flesh was fading from the beginning. Time fools us all, and time is fooling me at this very moment, even as I realize it is so. But even as Job declared, tho he kill me yet will I trust Him.

Definition of heaven

I have no idea of all he wonderment God has in store for us. I do know I want to be where Jesus is. Whatever, wherever or however that will be I do not know. I trust the promise of God, of good things that are beyond our imaginations. 

However, speaking of heaven I remember a pastor I heard who told a little boy from the pulpit that his dog would not be in heaven with him because dogs do not have a soul. He was certain of this.

Doctrinaire heaven

Nevertheless, as Mark Twain commented, there are dogs that will go into heaven before a lot of people. I can go along with that since dogs are known for their unconditional love and their quick willingness to forgive. 

But the killer of the pastor's idea that the little boy would be without his dog in heaven makes me wonder if the pastor considered the little boy or his  soul. No room for love in that pastor's heaven. 

What kind of heaven is in his head if the little boy is without the love of his dog? This is an example of the most ignorant pulpit talk I've ever heard. But here again, I agree with another comment I recall, that the dog would be in heaven if the little boy wants his dog to be in heaven. After all, this is heaven we're talking about here. Not one just for legalists of the law.

Definition of Hell

God did not create Hell. All those in defiance of God create for themselves an experience which is the realization one is existing outside existence. 

Hope for oblivion is no relief because for oblivion to be it has to exist in some conceptual form. That form is the realization that since one is existing outside existence, this opposing contrast internalizes a conflagrant torment. Since time does not exist, this is without end or so it appears. 

All this may not be true. In addition, God may not exist. Maybe not one of us exist. In that case, even oblivion does not exist. Probabilities are starting to trail off into impossible contradictions. Everyone decides for themselves. Not deciding BTW is a decision the same way oblivion exists in order for it to be oblivion.  

Origin of evil

God does not tolerate evil in His presence

God cannot create evil because He can only speak good into existence or He would be acting against existence and therefore, Himself. 

Satan, after being brought into existence by God was good but then the devil decided to create evil so he could be his own god. He then became an adversary of God, the Holy Spirit and all Jesus' believers. 

It is the purpose of Satan, as the devil, to blame his work on believers. He became known as the defiance to God and is the accuser of the brethren. His anger glories in everything destructive. There are people like that as well. 

John 17

 The High Priestly Prayer

The standard blog presentation is backward to its presentation. I have decided therefore not to continue posting this chapter in this manner because my somewhat embarrassing superstitious view is not comfortable with the knowledge the devil can recite the Lord's Prayer backwards. 

So I will save the High Priestly Prayer John 17 as a complete "page" and present it whole, probably in Jesus Talking. This I feel will be more appropriate than in God is Existence or Manna. 

I avoid anything backwards, so before it can occur here I will present it whole as a page able to be read that way permanently. I might argue that John 17 is the most important chapter and John 3:17 the most important verse.

The Holy Spirit is One 

With us all who believe

That we are all one, along with the Trinity, Jesus disciple in John 17, known as the High Priestly prayer, makes abundantly clear in several occasions throughout the entire chapter. 

From my perspective, there appears to be many who cannot conceive what a spirit even is and seem to be left with only the seen to sustain them. There are many spirits that chose to be both good and bad but only one Holy Spirit. 

When spoken into existence they were all good. But one in particular, chose to become the opposite and encouraged a resistance to God in favor of themselves. This must have happened, one would have to say, as if in a fit of apparent arrogance.

5:45pm - Suddenly it comes to me, I wonder, if I did not believe in God, would that mean I would have to be my own God? We all take our direction from somewhere. 

I remember a well to do man comment during a television interview that he liked playing God. Or, did he say being God? Playing sounds a lot like rehearsal in any event. It is either that, or dangerously close to playing craps with the devil in my view.
