Believing every word

 Not every verse in the Bible, while believable, was of any interest to me. When I was in Sunday School shrugging off coloring books, I thought Matthew was the only begats in the Bible.

The begats are eventually forgot...

The Old Testament is loaded with long lists of them. Atheists have made fun of them because a person is one age in one book and another age in yet another book. Maybe it was recorded in a different time, but it is for certain if it were the same, atheists' would call it collusion. I find it boringly historical but boring just the same. There is one I do not, which proves the Bible's is of the truth and the lack of collusion better.....the next time.

 This is important. John 1:17 frees us from the law. I am under Jesus now, according to John's Gospel.

This, I believe, was and is interpreted to mean that when Jesus said it was finished, the Temple curtain, chief among other things was then newly true, rent top to bottom. This I believe signaled anyone could now approach God without permission or instead of any representative. Later....

The Law was given by Moses

But Grace & Truth Came by Jesus 

This is from John 1:17 right out of the box in John, the best book of all the Gospels for red letter reading Jesus in my view. 

I believe it was one of the last Gospels to be published. Any child can be taught to read at three, I proved that wanting to read the daily column in the paper about Peter Rabbit and Mr MacGregor. With no time to look up definitions in dictionaries I later took literally the meaning of grace to be just an English title as in Lords  and Ladies. The best meaning was really Love, as in the KJV. So the full meaning of this verse fell under my radar and I missed for a long time what it was really saying....next.

My brain is a physical organ that needs physical intelligence to function and it can wear out or fill up beyond my understanding to continue to grow in physical awareness indefinitely.

The physical came from the unseen and is identified as such by being seen. Returning physical evil for evil fires more evil than before. 

As Paul points out repeatedly, the seen can change, growing into something else worse than its' original trend line. In true change a fire needs something similar to its' very opposite like a baptism of water which seeks its' own level. 

If anyone feels they can cast judgement on evil then one is their own God without portfolio. Good for evil replaces evil with good... for me, but it is hard to keep my hands free do good for evil. That is why revenge belongs only to God, for my sake.

I don't seek life where it is but where it is going to be. Longevity is not life, it is just life increasing only to waste away, slowing down, tracing inside an orbit of time. Since everything seen came from the unseen, the seen eventually changes my mind fooling me while I am holding on adjusting to it until hope runs out. Unless I have enough true faith how it is going to be. If I am successful I will get what I want only and providing I am happy with what I get, without time.

Spiritual Time in Eternity

Time in this world, that is to say, fools us every time. This is because in time one needs two reference points for time to exist, meaning different times cannot be compared to each other in any meaningful way. For instance time in eternity, it would seem, would have to be a continual present tense time, in other words in spiritual time, no time.

 Every translation is another viewpoint. One translation uses weak words and another uses strong words. Words more physically revealing and reflecting the strength of the belief of the translator.

I find when I go the most wrong it does not warrant me much when I give any tongue to the wrong except more wrong.

Affairs in religious organizations were not Jesus' favorites in Jesus time, calling the leaders blind guides. Today Christianity's blind guides are losing numbers to other religious organizations many who do not intent to even assimilate in any otherwise. Not much time for Kirk to change the tide. Wonder what the Corner Table crowds at the Naked Eye will be saying about that in their heavily westernized crowd.

Most scholars think Paul wrote Hebrews, I side with a lesser group that suspects my other favorite, Paul. The beginning of the Book of John is the most outstanding in the Bible in my view, concluding with the verse that points out Moses gave us the law but Jesus gave us love and truth, freeing us from the law. I am afraid I cling to the flesh too much, that is why I read Paul's verses over and over in Manna.

I am not what I agree to or what I go along with. I am to the extent of whatever I believe. If it is to the extent of what I believe in Jesus rather than the extent of my flesh-longevity inevitable downside, then I have my faith in Jesus to save me. How much is the difference between little and great faith? If I truly want great faith then I finally faced I must even willingly crucify my temporal wasting flesh.

Paul told me what Jesus told him and I read it and read it with my blind eyes. Jesus' love is sufficient. When I am weakest I am strongest to easily move mountains as Jesus told His disciples. I must stand willing for my body to be crucified the flesh to achieve great belief.

It is significant to recall the devil does not mount any significant attack on barrooms. Everyone is already asleep there. No, the devil goes to church halls to quiet folks down and soften their power of Jesus, so as to limit and subdue further even deeper involvement with Jesus.

Perhaps not strangely enough, I have personally listened to two totally pure guilt sermons. Once before I graduated from high school and again when I retired. I asked God then and still wonder why He showed me two such deliberately mirror guilt displays? 

From one end of my life to the other, what could be His reason? Remember, I do not believe in random coincidences. There is a reason for everything, if we know it, or don't

I neither own anything, I only control it for a time. All happy times are mere mementos turned to sadness by time. My visible life comes out of a seed and returns to a seed. 

Sideway time

All that time I grew like a flower, will fade and will fall as a flower. And all through everything, time is measured differently everywhere it is mostly the same, It just seems different, fooling me all the tune, every time.. 

Everything looks the same one way one day and gradually I see everything differently eventually, changing my mind as if each day the days are changing my   perceptions. Is it always just time, or really just me?

I never take an offense from anyone. The reason is simple, I do not want to be an offense person. So? I just do not take any offenses of any kind from any single anyone.

Of course offensive people are offended if I do not take their offenses, so much so they find it difficult to maintain their composure, I do not exactly know why, maybe it is because they are likely their own god, and I am not respecting them as god? 

I suspect as I think about it, who placed me as anyone's judge? I'm glad not me because if I judge anyone it would be myself. In that harsh case I would not be able to forgive myself. Now I am in a pickle. Never mind. My point is edging closer.

In the upper rooms

I note all flesh watches everything that moves. This is because not only is all flesh is governed by time, like a flower comes from a seed and returns to hollow seed. 

But it must be watched! This is important to survival. If whatever is out there is moving, we must watch! It is because if it moves, it might move toward us and eat us possibly while we are yet alive!

It is the same if whatever we watch we eat them instead, it is because we must to eat to survive. We are still on the same square, it is instinctual bedrock.

What has this to do with belief, all of us not of great belief, but somewhat gaining belief?

My current belief that I am going to get what I believe is based on the famous quote a tree is known by its' fruit. 

In other words I get what I say, what I believe about others. Jesus said it is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a man, it is what comes out.

In other words speaking still further, I should not judge because it will be what I will get myself. If I can judge others then I can be my own god, all others stand aside.

If I harp on something I am playing the tune too often for a reason, and it will have to come obvious sooner than later.

God Draws; Prophets Predict

God is not illogical, but to us He can make decisions that to me, to everyone to be truthful about it, make decisions that appear first flush to be fully illogical. 

But eventually God's decisions prove out to be perfection personified by prophets. Still not everyone is convinced of this however. However since God cannot negate Himself things are eventually seen best by all late arrivals to the scene, that is to say, us.

God places things in our particular hearts, those who are later called prophets. That is why it is said the fathers killed the prophets and the sons revered them, that is, the sons did with the benefit of their hind sight.

Then again what happens if they were to anticipate too strongly their hind sight straight into the place of their foresight?

I Will Get What I Believe

Everything was here and operating when I arrived. I didn't know where and I didn't know when. The creator was God, that is why He is who He is. God has laws. God cannot negate Himself. In the terminology of the ancients, God cannot not lie. 

He created and gave man dominion. That is why He only, can judge. I consume until my flesh tabla rosa consumes itself and I leave my shell behind and am born again based on my hope.

God conceives and so He has laws. Based on God's laws I have rules. My first rule is: no one can prove anything, except to their own satisfaction. I call my first rule faith. 

My faith is my hope, which is if I am successful I will get. But regardless of my success, my happiness will be if I want what I get.

Every question that I answer contains more questions than I successfully solved. So that the more knowledge I learn is that I am more ignorant than I originally thought I was. To be constantly edited  and continued...

Out of Time

Sometimes the spirit within drives the flesh without before its' time. The flesh must obey its' origin but the spirit is the origin. It is time now for my spirit still within my flesh to watch while my spirit resolves issues with the blind guides of the flesh. Until then.....as the old sad sweet song goes, I don't know where, I don't know when

Truth That Never Can Be Told

The Spirit deep within speaks only to each one of us and does not tell us any thing about others, or what they are to think or do. 

We each speak the words we are told by our spirit within, which cannot be held back. By this our witness is revealed. 

Words are powerful. They are the fruit of whatever spirit they describe. A tree is known by its fruit. Words reveal the spirit that drives them. They reveal more bout the speaker than anyone spoken to or about. 

According to Jesus the Christ, words that come out of the mouth can defile a man, not words that go in his ears.

I used to have difficulty with original sin, as it is called, primarily because I never clarified my rather simple definition of it objectively enough.

I guess it was the pure simplicity of it. The sin, original sin, is really only the desire for knowledge. That is, engrained as good is it not? 

The actual seeking of knowledge is never ending, and is egged on by the fundamental fact that it is never ending means it then leads on to the final realization of knowledge to the extent only God has.

This then is the sin of the angel who emerged by that desire into the devil. Next is the wanting to be equal with God. then to even replace God eventually arises.

The Least Likely Person

God Forgave & God Forgot 

The honor of whose writing appears the most in all of the Bible has to go to Paul, if I may say so, and I do regularly say so. There are a lot of say so in man y speculations of who wrote the what the New Testament. That John wrote Hebrews (?) was, I think was, as I previously said, a standout for me in the King James version.

For my part however, Paul describes the spirit in a memorable way that cannot be rivaled, highlighting the difference between the spirit vs the flesh thru the lens of time, i.e., eternal vs temporal. This was extremely important to for me to experience and a solid leap forward in my faith. 

But it was odd to learn of a smallish but somewhat populated group on the continent who were convinced Paul was responsible for the inquisition. This they believed since they based it on a short but blunt dismissive comment Paul made of his attitude toward those who were not convinced Jesus was the Messiah.

Talk about blaming God, who cannot negate Himself, about creating evil and suffering! Those views are more into those who prefer to be their own God. All of which strikes me somehow of literally those of a god with a short portfolio.

It is important for me to realize, to remember, that there  is no time in the spirit, only in the world, the seen world. In the unseen spirit world it is the present.

We are not doomed to rot in a grave. It is only in the seen world there is time where the devil meddles his fingers on the scales. 

Time No More

It is a perception event that fools us every time. Time is sad no matter how good it was only because it is seen as a reflection in water. 

Debating whether God created the world four thousand years ago or fourteen billion years ago takes only the seen world, but not the unseen. 

The seen world is temporary and the unseen is eternal. It was Paul who pointed this out more than once in his letters.

But it was the devil, clever as he is, who lured Christians into a beginning of the world debate where the unseen spirit of heaven was not included.  Working.....

Revolving With the Uninvolved

The only place that really attracts the spiritual forces of destruction and consumption, I am convinced, are churches, pure and simple.

It certainly is not barrooms where they are busy sleeping while awake. This I eventually found from my pompous college atheist years where I majored in drinking beer.

In the spiritual warfare against churches, for the devil it is all right for target members who believe in Jesus if they can demonically downgrade His power with church members. 

So if one expects to gain faith in even religious colleges, they instead, one way or the other, can lose it, since the church exhibits little defense against roaring devils like lions devouring church members. 

That at least was my experience and it was a narrow winding road me getting my belief in God back.

Purpose of this blog is to give me the opportunity to fulfill the privilege found in Luke 12:8-9 and Matt: 10:32-33 to confess Jesus before men that Jesus is Lord, so that Jesus will confess me before God. The attendant purpose is to define God as He told Moses He wanted to be called thru all generations I am that I am.

Fear & Faith at War

Whenever fear slips out I bite my tongue. If I give tongue to fear it means I do not have enough faith, perhaps I should any faith since they cannot live together. 

Paul is again a good model here when he says in a repetition of rib shots to his gut, that he is under pressures but not totally eclipsed by them. 

Then he says further his momentary suffering does not compare to eternity in heaven with Jesus. What I think of in my outlook is that what I am suffering is nothing compared to what Jesus voluntarily suffered, and unto certain death yet.    

Jesus reassures me when He says I am not to worry, He has overcome death, This is where my weakening courage has to kick in. It is either crucify my flesh and build up my faith, because it is the faith that I believe I need to increase in my spiritual struggles. This only pleases Jesus if I am to praise and glorify God..

If anyone does not believe in God and they are right then they win zero which apparently will make them happy, even tho happiness is a zero. On the other hand if they are wrong they lose eternity.

Jesus: On the Spirit:

 Greater Works than Jesus?

Jesus in the Book of John spoke about sending another Comforter, said He (Jesus) did not do the miracles but that God, the Father within Him, did the works. 

And further on in the next verse said anyone (that's me) who believes in Him (Jesus) will do even greater works than Himself.

This again, is the same as moving mountains which Jesus said elsewhere that anyone with enough faith could do, is not a parable but a flat out statement of fact. 

My Favorite Verses

My Favorite Gospel is John 

My Favorite Opening Verses are those in John. My Favorite Chapter is John 17. My Most Important Verse is John 3:16. My Favorite Translation is the King James, and My Favorite New Translation is the  New King James. 

My Favorite Verse about Faith and Hope is Hebrews 11:1. My Favorite Verses about Hope & Heaven is Jesus speaking in John 14:2-3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you onto myself; that where I am, there may you be also.

Crystalizing the Seen & the Unseen

On of my favorite verses is in 2nd Corinthians when Paul, who was the most unlikely of candidates God could ever chose for us to remember, who wrote so much in the Bible.

Jesus is the Light of the World

He said the suffering he was going thru was light affliction up against the eternity in the spirit. I really like that the way he puts it. He again dramatizes it here as the seen and the unseen. It makes the spirit really stand out for me like crystal.

If any young person ever has to go to a hospital in an ambulance I certainly hope they are quite well and very healthy. I just want them to know what they have to look forward to.

The central core of my belief is that I will get what I believe now in my next, ahead of time. Rather more precisely the future of where I am heading, ahead of time eventually. This world is time, which can only be conceived in a comparative state. 

If I am successful in getting what I want, there is no garontee I will be happy with what I get. 

Just as every object is hung on nothing in space, those with lesser mass orbiting those with greater charismatic mass. 

All this is power continually charged or gathered by unseen forces evolving from the similar electro-magnetic soup we are aware of now. So far no one fully understands it, other than somewhat how it works, like gravity or elementary electricity observed.

We, generally we, are working toward this now, but we only can conceive it all now as original sin. which is to be like God. The danger for us is to want to be like God or those opposed, being by some, who want to be God.

 All this is what I believe for myself, that is all I am wanting is objectifying, to increase my belief. Belief  that is, belief in what I believe. 

Unfortunately however for my paradigm to be God requires destructive forces to get there, while to be like God requires the one already existing, a creative force which is love. One is creating our own increasing knowledge, increasing by changing, and the other is true.

All this is way I see it. It is what I believe and I speak for my own personal benefit, the same as everyone else does. Those who appear to be wanting to convince others are in my opinion really trying to convince themselves.

I believe I am wanting to convince myself. Everyone else will have to convince themselves. I was not ever a sin bearer so I cannot do any convincing. Jesus was the final and last sin bearer.
